30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Final Sale or Clearance Items
- Customized or Personalized Products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
